Man, just giving you a lil hint, not meant to let you down, the contrary, I want to help you grow, here it goes:
Animar n e facil como parece, como vc esta comecando te aconselho a usar 12FPS (o padrao de quando vc abre o flash), depois q estiver bom tente com 30, vc vai precisar dobrar o numero de quadros (frames) e mesmo assim a animacao vai ficar rapida, por isso, n tente animar num dia q vc num esta afim.
Desculpe se fui meio grosso, mas como eu disse antes n tenho mas intencoes, muito pelo contrario, quero ajudar aqueles que precisam :)
