good here is what i did to get my moderate animating skills(not to brag or anything). i started with Pivot the stuck figure animating program. i learned the ease in and ease out skill. i switched to mine-imator a 3d minecraft animation program and learned to make much smaller movements in order to make the animation smoother. and then i spent about half a year using these programs to perfect those skills (if you want to see them check out my youtube channel Pivotguy419). and just this year i got flash.
